I am Emily Lewis passionate about the practice of yoga and believe it can be life-changing for anyone who takes the time to learn and practice it. I have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and I am constantly striving to deepen my practice and knowledge so that I can bring the gifts of yoga to more people.
I have completed teacher training in both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, which has enabled me to teach classes at a variety of levels. I am also a certified yoga therapist and I often work with clients who have physical, emotional or mental health issues. I believe that yoga can provide a safe and healing space for anyone open to the practice.
I live in the United States in the great state of California. I love the outdoors and making the most of the warm weather here by going to the beach and exploring the many nature trails. I also enjoy healthy eating, and I’m always trying out new recipes and creating delicious, nutritious food for myself and my family. I’m passionate about helping others through yoga, and I’m constantly looking for new ways to share my knowledge and skills with the world.
